Hot Springs High School Lofts

Our historic building was built in 1914 after the fire in Hot Springs in 1913. Since then, it has seen many transitions. It has been a high school (Fun fact: President Bill Clinton graduated from this high school in 1964), a middle school, a cultural center, and currently, a 32-unit remodeled apartment complex with multiple short-term as well as long-term rentals. We are a family and pet friendly building with secure FOB entry and 24/7 camera surveillance inside the halls as well as around the perimeter. We also have a handicap accessible ramp along the side of our building that leads to our elevators. We also have a laundry facility on the premises. At night, our LED lights light up the building in different colors, bringing our building to life.

A project near and dear to us to give back to our community is the remodeling of the original Auditorium!!! Stay tuned to this website for upcoming events to help with raising the funds needed to revitalize the gorgeous auditorium and transform it into an amazing theater!! Once completed, we plan on hosting rehearsals, plays, movie nights, comedy shows, the possibilities are endless!!!

Hot Springs High School Lofts also has the Clinton Room. A room with original chalkboard signed by graduates of different classes, including President Bill Clintons signature!!!
